Elia is fantastic. I love learning baby massage for my third baby but mostly I loved having her support and guidance at a delicate moment. I highly recommend her to any mother !

I had the pleasure of meeting Elia and taking her baby massage class! Elia is such a sweet, gentle, and patient person. She is very knowledgeable about massage and is wonderful at teaching it (which is no easy feat to do virtually!). She takes the time to explain all the movements and the reasoning behind the movements, and provides great content for you to keep, should you forget anything (which is likely if you are a busy mom like me)! I highly recommend taking Elia’s massage class!

Her extensive knowledge, particularly in advocating for herbal and natural solutions, was exactly what I was looking for. Her suggestions felt thoughtful, personalized, and perfectly aligned with our preferences.
What truly sets Elia apart is her unwavering support. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt cared for and equipped to handle the challenges of labor. During the birth itself, her presence was invaluable—not only to me but also to my husband, whom she supported with tips on how to assist me with pain management. I was able to achieve my goal of delivering vaginally and without any pain medication. It was an experience I will forever cherish, and I know it wouldn’t have been the same without all her support.
If you’re looking for someone to guide you through one of the most important moments of your life, I can highly recommend having her by your side. She is not just a doula—she is a partner, an advocate, and a source of strength.
