In this Birth Doula Package, you will find the culmination of all my experience—covering everything from Prenatal Classes and Breastfeeding to Postpartum Herbal Bath. You will learn a great deal about yourself, your body, and your baby. I will be by your side from the moment your contractions begin until your baby is born; you will never be alone during labor.
I will serve as a guide to light your path, because it is you—and your own strength—that will make it happen.
This Birth Doula Package includes:
- Free initial consultation/interview.
- Childbirth Education Classes: comprised of 3 sessions, each 2 hours long (Lactation class and Birth Plan included).
- Telephone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy.
- Referrals as needed to community or other resources.
- On-call services ’round the clock from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby.
- Continuous labor support, from early labor through the birth of your baby.
- 1 Postpartum visit, 2 hours long, following the birth. Lactation support included.
- I will teach you how to use the Postpartum Girdle Wrap during the postpartum visit.
- 1 session of Postpartum Herbal Bath and Rebozo Wrap (around 40 days postpartum).
