Classes are informal, relaxed, online or in person, private or small enough to ensure you get the personal attention you need

Includes:
2/3 prenatal visits
Lactation class included in the prenatal visits.
On call from 37 weeks until birth.
1 postpartum visit

Information/ Assistance/ Support such as infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, mother-baby bonding, lactation, infant soothing, and basic newborn care.

During labor,  providing continuous support, including encouragement, reassurance, and soothing with touch through the use of massage with handmade organic infused oils. Suggesting techniques in labor such as breathing, relaxation, positioning.
