Some of the Topics we are going to address:
  • First day:
    Physiology of the woman’s body and recommendations. Baby’s brain behavior and programs: defense, feeding, and reproduction. Evolution of our species, changes, problems, and solutions.
  • Second day:
    Labor as a physiological act. Labor and Delivery: Stages. When to know when labor begins. Pain control. Labor positions. Signs of true labor: Stages. Procedures and protocols in Hospitals. Procedures in a Birthing Center. First hour of life. Birth Plan.
  • Third day:
    Breastfeeding. Stages and components of breast milk. How breastfeeding and production work. Manual extraction. Diaper change. Baby bath. Swaddling. Maternity bag.
    This Prenatal Education Program comprised of 3 sessions, each 2 hours long.
