The postpartum period is a sacred threshold—a time meant for absolute rest, deep warming, and gentle closing. True postpartum recovery is not something to rush through; it is a sacred season to be held through.

My practice is rooted in the deep wisdom of traditional midwifery. I do not simply offer services; I humbly carry forward sacred lineages passed down to me by traditional masters. My care honors the ancient truth that a mother needs to be deeply warmed, nourished, and physically wrapped after bringing life into this world.

Sacred Rituals I Offer, passed down through the lineage of Mirna Amaya

The Postpartum Herbal Bath: This ritual uses targeted, warm botanical infusions to soothe your tissues, ease labor exhaustion, and physically wash away the heavy energy of birth.

The 7-Cloth Rebozo Hip & Bone Closure: A sacred ceremony using seven traditional cloths to gently close, realign, and hold the hips and energy centers of the body. This ritual provides an immense sense of emotional containment and marks your spiritual transition from pregnancy back to self.

My Training & Lineage

I believe in honoring the traditional roots of birth work with the highest integrity. My postpartum care and midwifery perspective are shaped by direct, hands-on study under traditional lineage keepers:

• Traditional Andean Midwifery (Cusco, Peru): Spent 2023 to 2024 training directly under traditional midwives Leonie Lange and Ruro Caituiro in the sacred valley of Cusco, learning the physiological and spiritual foundations of traditional plant medicine and postpartum care.
• Traditional Midwifery Course: Currently completing a comprehensive, 2-year traditional midwifery specialization under Mirna Amaya, the President of ALAPAR (Asociación de Parteras Tradicionales), ensuring that every ritual I bring to your birth team is held with authentic, generational accuracy
